 Marshall, Herman

 

On the wintry day of January 23rd 1953 in Cleveland, Ohio the late Herman Marshall and Anna Elizabeth Freeman Marshall became the proud parents of a bouncing baby boy, Herman Allen Marshall. Herman was the oldest of three children reared in Cleveland, Ohio. His, sister, Terri Ann and brother, Billy Eugene (whom preceded him in death). Herman came to know Christ at an early age as a member of Eagle Wing Baptist Church. Herman was educated in the Cleveland Public School System and Cuyahoga Community College in Cleveland, Ohio.

 

Herman was a well rounded, highly spirited guy who enjoyed life, love and family. His passions in life were cooking, photography and camping. Herman was the father of five children and ten grand-children.

 

Herman married Sheila Sparks, to which two children, son Derek Allen and daughter Dawna Jeanne were born of that union, Belinda Bryant to which daughter La Shonda Marshall was born of that union, Jacqueline (Jackie) Sankey to which Ebony Marshall was born, and Patriece Haddox, to which son, Rheco Marshall was born of that union. Prior to his passing he resided with his devoted girlfriend of four years Keillie J Tyler.

 

Herman Allen Marshall left us to be with the Lord on June 6th 2008 due to his untimely death. Left to cherish his memory are his five children, and two children in law, Derek, and Yolanda Jackson (daughter-in-law), Dawna and Sammy Gaddis (son-in-law) all of Texas, La Shonda, Rheco, And Ebony Marshall of Cleveland Ohio. Granddaughters, Tatiana, Taylor, (Spring TX), Avionna (Cleveland, Oh.) Ala’ya, (Canton, OH), Grandsons, Chance, Khalil, Bobby, Byrce (Spring, TX), Ka’lon (Spring, TX) and Lavel, nieces, nephews and a host of friends and family.
