Tracey Elliot Montgomery was born in Cleveland, Ohio on February 11, 1967 to the union of Leroy W. and Mary (nee Thomas) Montgomery.

Tracey accepted Christ into his life at an early age and was baptized at Greater New Calvary Baptist Church in Cleveland.  Tracey was educated in the Cleveland Public School System where he attended Collinwood High School.  When he entered the workforce, Tracey was principally employed in the automotive mechanics industry.

Tracey was an outgoing and sociable man who made friends easily.  The joys in his life included spending time with family and friends as well as his travels to Europe and to the Islands.  While Tracey enjoyed football and basketball, he was particularly enthusiastic about WWF wrestling!  He was also self taught on playing the guitar, piano and organ.

 On Friday, January 15, 2010, Tracey departed this life at Euclid Hospital.  He is preceded in death by his father.

 Those left to mourn and to cherish his memory include his mother, Mary Montgomery; two sisters, Yvonne “Penny” Montgomery and Jennifer (Donnell McCurdy) Montgomery; one brother, Trumell Montgomery; two nieces, Tenille Montgomery and Tradawn Montgomery; four nephews, Adryell Montgomery, Josiah Mattox, Donnyae Montgomery and Javion Montgomery; as well as a host of other loving relatives and friends.
