

Arthur Reden, Jr.
was born on January 25, 1934 and was the only child of the late
Arthur and Ruby Lee Cammon Radden (aka Reden). He went home to be
with the Lord on Wednesday, April 14, 2010, at Huron Road Hospital
(Cleveland Clinic).
Arthur accepted
Christ at an early age and was a faithful member of Christian
Fellowship Center until failing health would no longer permit. He
joined under the pastorate of the late Bishop Bill McKinney (Pastor
Shirley McKinney).
Arthur served his
country during the Korean War from 1954 through 1957 and was
Honorably Discharged.
From 1968 to 1996,
Arthur worked for LTV Steel Company until retirement.
Arthur was
affectionately known by family, co-workers and friends as Junior,
Big-Red, Big Head, Hardrow, Art, Papa and King.
Those left to mourn
and to cherish his memory include his loving wife, Barbara; son,
James Reddick, Sr. (Gwendolyn); stepchildren, Joseph Norris III,
Anthony Norris (Paula), Ann Marie Hill (Troy) and Sonya Hill
(Britton); fifteen grandchildren; sister, Mrs. Hattie Brice of Los
Angeles, California; aunt, Gussie Radden of Camden, South Carolina;
mother-in-law, Mrs. Marie Thomas; sisters-in-law, Ms. Earlene
Bozeman and Mrs. Valerie Sanders (Dennis); and a host of nieces,
nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
