Harold
Leon Rogers was born in Cleveland, Ohio on August 16, 1978 to Wilson
(Nean) and Deborah Rogers. He was the third child born of this
union.
Leon attended Euclid City Public Schools
and graduated in June 1996. At an early age, Leon demonstrated an
ability to be mechanically inclined. In order to pursue his passion
for automotive repair, he attended Auburn Collision School and Ohio
Technical College and became an accomplished certified ASE Master
Technician.
Leon was a free spirit and a true
comedian. He enjoyed playing tricks on the family. He could find
humor in most serious situations. In the bleakest of times, Leon
could always see sunlight.
Leon valued his family, nieces, nephews
and childhood friends. He had a love for sports, animals and was a
true outdoors man.
Leon was called home on Thursday,
December 3, 2009. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and
loved him.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his
loving and devoted parents, Nean and Deborah Rogers; brothers,
Wilson Rogers and Reginald (Gwen) Phillips; sisters, Shanti Rogers,
Bernadette Scott, Dawn Rogers and Michelle Crittenden; an adoring
grandmother, Annie Bankston, aunts, uncles and a host of nieces,
nephews, cousins, and friends.
