Mosby, Jr., Howard L. passed away peacefully December 19, 2021 at his residence. Survived by 3 Daughters, one Sister, 4 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Public viewing will be Monday December 27, 2021, 12 Noon until 5 PM at Thomas G. Smith Funeral Home 14601 St. Clair Avenue Cleveland, Ohio.
