Eddie C. Baccus, Sr. 85, was born in Lawndale, North Carolina. He began learning to play music when he was nine years old by trading apples with older kids who played music. His love for music continued into adulthood and Baccus became a living legend. He has entertained audiences for over 60 years and was amazing to watch. His devotion to music has inspired musicians, fans and friends.

He departed this life on Sunday, January 23, 2022. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 7, 2022 from 9:00 am – 11:00 am at the Thomas G. Smith Funeral Home, 14601 St. Clair Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44110. Services will be held on Monday, February 7, 2022; Wake at 11:00 am and Service 12:00 pm at the Thomas G.
